This book is a chronicle of the time in which Albanians are living. It is a description of what is happening around them and within them. It is an effort to rediscover each other as individuals and as a group of people who experienced life under a dictatorship and now live in a democratising society. It shares something of Albania to readers who would like to know about the country and the Albanians from their own perspective. What makes them happy? What bothers them? What moves them? Do they feel fulfilled and in harmony with the world? What do they value? What do they want to do with their lives?
